Recruiter - technical hiring (Las Vegas, NV)

Foxglove West Inspection Services is an inspection company in Las Vegas with field technicians and lab staff, and we need a Recruiter to lead our technical hiring. You would join a small organisation of about 60 people based in Las Vegas. What you will do • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to certifications. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on certifications. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Las Vegas. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
