Recruiter - technical hiring (Knoxville, TN)

We are growing our team at Nova Harbor Banking Services and adding a Recruiter whose main responsibility will be technical hiring. You would join a small organisation of about 50 people based in Knoxville. What you will do • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to loan files. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on loan files. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Knoxville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
