Recruiter - technical hiring (Knoxville, TN)

Cedar Quill Facilities cleans and maintains buildings for schools, offices and hospitals around Knoxville. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on technical hiring. You would join a small organisation of about 88 people based in Knoxville. What you will do • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to cleaning schedules. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on cleaning schedules. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Knoxville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
