Recruiter - technical hiring (Kansas City, MO)

Northwind Pine Community Partners Group runs community programmes across Kansas City. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on technical hiring. Flexibility and kindness are expected. What you will do • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to grant reporting. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on grant reporting. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Kansas City, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
