Recruiter - technical hiring (Kansas City, MO)

Cedar Summit Learning Group is looking for a Recruiter. The job centres on technical hiring for learning materials, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to learning materials. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on learning materials. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Kansas City, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
