Recruiter - technical hiring (Jacksonville, FL)

Bluepeak Rook Markets serves neighbourhoods around Jacksonville with fresh food and everyday goods, and we need a Recruiter to lead our technical hiring. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Jacksonville. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to store inventory. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on store inventory. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Jacksonville, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
