Recruiter - technical hiring (Jacksonville, FL)

Amberfield Harbor Care Services Group is a social-care provider serving older adults and people with disabilities around Jacksonville, and we need a Recruiter to lead our technical hiring. We train and promote from within. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to caregiver training. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on caregiver training. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Jacksonville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
