Recruiter - technical hiring (Jacksonville, FL)

Lumen Summit Property Management is looking for a Recruiter. The job centres on technical hiring for vendor invoices, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We are flexible about schedules. What you will do • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to vendor invoices. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on vendor invoices. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Jacksonville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
