Recruiter - technical hiring (Jacksonville, FL)

Silverline Vale Housing manages affordable housing communities across Jacksonville, and we need a Recruiter to lead our technical hiring. You would join a small organisation of about 194 people based in Jacksonville. What you will do • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to lease compliance. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on lease compliance. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Jacksonville. • We reply to every applicant.
