Recruiter - technical hiring (Jacksonville, FL)

We are growing our team at Cedar Mill Care Services and adding a Recruiter whose main responsibility will be technical hiring. Teams support each other, especially on hard days. What you will do • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to care plans. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on care plans. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Jacksonville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
