Recruiter - technical hiring (Jacksonville, FL)

Stonegate Wren Freight coordinates shipments and warehousing around Jacksonville, and we need a Recruiter to lead our technical hiring. On-time is the promise and we work hard to keep it. What you will do • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to claims. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on claims. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Jacksonville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
