Recruiter - technical hiring (Jacksonville, FL)

Amberfield Linden Facilities Partners is a facilities company in Jacksonville with crews on day and night shifts. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on technical hiring. You would join a large organisation of about 671 people based in Jacksonville. What you will do • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to work orders. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on work orders. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Jacksonville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
