Recruiter - technical hiring (Jackson, MS)

Foxglove Willow Insurance Group is looking for a Recruiter. The job centres on technical hiring for claims, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We invest in training for new adjusters. What you will do • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to claims. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on claims. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Jackson. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
