Recruiter - technical hiring (Indianapolis, IN)

Ironwood Cross Health runs clinics and patient services around Indianapolis. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on technical hiring. You would join a large organisation of about 694 people based in Indianapolis. What you will do • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to patient scheduling. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on patient scheduling. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Indianapolis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
