Recruiter - technical hiring (Indianapolis, IN)

We are growing our team at Stonegate Basin Legal Group and adding a Recruiter whose main responsibility will be technical hiring. We are a close group and share the work. What you will do • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to client files. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on client files. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Indianapolis. • We reply to every applicant.
