Recruiter - technical hiring (Indianapolis, IN)

Rivermark Pine Insurance is looking for a Recruiter. The job centres on technical hiring for premium billing, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 471 people based in Indianapolis. What you will do • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to premium billing. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on premium billing. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Indianapolis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
