Recruiter - technical hiring (Houston, TX)

Ironwood Meridian Facilities looks after properties across the Houston region. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on technical hiring. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Houston. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to safety inspections. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on safety inspections. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Houston. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
