Recruiter - technical hiring (Houston, TX)

We are growing our team at Silverline Cross Environmental Services and adding a Recruiter whose main responsibility will be technical hiring. You would join a small organisation of about 111 people based in Houston. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to service complaints. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on service complaints. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Houston. • We reply to every applicant.
