Recruiter - technical hiring (Houston, TX)

Redstone Inspection Services is an inspection company in Houston with field technicians and lab staff, and we need a Recruiter to lead our technical hiring. Independence and accuracy are our product. What you will do • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to scheduling. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on scheduling. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Houston. • We reply to every applicant.
