Recruiter - technical hiring (Houston, TX)

Silverline Granite Property Management manages apartment communities around Houston, and we need a Recruiter to lead our technical hiring. Residents are neighbours, not numbers. What you will do • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to unit turnovers. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on unit turnovers. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Houston. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
