Recruiter - technical hiring (Houston, TX)

We are growing our team at Greenridge Stone Care Services and adding a Recruiter whose main responsibility will be technical hiring. You would join a small organisation of about 132 people based in Houston. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to caregiver training. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on caregiver training. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Houston, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
