Recruiter - technical hiring (Houston, TX)

Highbridge West Facilities looks after properties across the Houston region. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on technical hiring. You would join a large organisation of about 670 people based in Houston. What you will do • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to contractor visits. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on contractor visits. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Houston. • We reply to every applicant.
