Recruiter - technical hiring (Honolulu, HI)

We are growing our team at Clearpath Lakeside Telecom and adding a Recruiter whose main responsibility will be technical hiring. You would join a small organisation of about 15 people based in Honolulu. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to field visits. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on field visits. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Honolulu. • We reply to every applicant.
