Recruiter - technical hiring (Honolulu, HI)

Northwind Forge Inspection Services tests and certifies buildings, pipelines and equipment around Honolulu. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on technical hiring. You would join a small organisation of about 42 people based in Honolulu. What you will do • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to equipment calibration. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on equipment calibration. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Honolulu. • We reply to every applicant.
