Recruiter - technical hiring (Honolulu, HI)

We are growing our team at Clearpath Vale Insurance and adding a Recruiter whose main responsibility will be technical hiring. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Honolulu. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to premium billing. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on premium billing. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Honolulu. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
