Recruiter - technical hiring (Hartford, CT)

Redstone Glen Banking Services is a community-focused bank in Hartford serving households and small businesses, and we need a Recruiter to lead our technical hiring. You would join a small organisation of about 116 people based in Hartford. What you will do • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to account openings. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on account openings. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Hartford. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
