Recruiter - technical hiring (Hartford, CT)

Rivermark Rowan Health is looking for a Recruiter. The job centres on technical hiring for electronic records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Clinicians and administrators work side by side. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to electronic records. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on electronic records. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Hartford. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
