Recruiter - technical hiring (Hartford, CT)

We are growing our team at Fernwood Union Telecom and adding a Recruiter whose main responsibility will be technical hiring. We invest in training. What you will do • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to service installations. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on service installations. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Hartford. • We reply to every applicant.
