Recruiter - technical hiring (Hartford, CT)

We are growing our team at Clearpath Forge Telecom and adding a Recruiter whose main responsibility will be technical hiring. We keep people connected and take outages personally. What you will do • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to customer tickets. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on customer tickets. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Hartford, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
