Recruiter - technical hiring (Hartford, CT)

Stonegate Fox Insurance is looking for a Recruiter. The job centres on technical hiring for claims, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We care about how people feel on the worst day of their year. What you will do • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to claims. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on claims. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Hartford, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
