Recruiter - technical hiring (Fresno, CA)

We are growing our team at Bluepeak Fox Housing and adding a Recruiter whose main responsibility will be technical hiring. Housing is our mission and residents are our neighbours. What you will do • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to repair requests. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on repair requests. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Fresno, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
