Recruiter - technical hiring (Fresno, CA)

Silverline Hospitality operates hotels and event venues around Fresno. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on technical hiring. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to supplier orders. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on supplier orders. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Fresno. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
