Recruiter - technical hiring (Fresno, CA)

Clearpath Birch Legal Group is a Fresno practice with attorneys, paralegals and client-service staff, and we need a Recruiter to lead our technical hiring. People here care about clients, not just cases. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to client files. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on client files. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Fresno, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
