Recruiter - technical hiring (Fresno, CA)

Greenridge Yarrow Telecom Group provides broadband and phone service around Fresno, and we need a Recruiter to lead our technical hiring. You would join a small organisation of about 81 people based in Fresno. What you will do • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to service installations. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on service installations. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Fresno. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
