Recruiter - technical hiring (Fort Worth, TX)

Foxglove Sparrow Care Services provides in-home and community support in Fort Worth. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on technical hiring. You would join a small organisation of about 40 people based in Fort Worth. What you will do • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to care plans. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on care plans. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Fort Worth. • We reply to every applicant.
