Recruiter - technical hiring (Fort Worth, TX)

We are growing our team at Bright Corner Markets and adding a Recruiter whose main responsibility will be technical hiring. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Fort Worth. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to pricing. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on pricing. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Fort Worth, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
