Recruiter - technical hiring (Fort Worth, TX)

Greenridge Wilder Learning Group runs classrooms and tutoring across the Fort Worth area, and we need a Recruiter to lead our technical hiring. We follow the school calendar and we like people who like learning. What you will do • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to family communication. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on family communication. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Fort Worth. • We reply to every applicant.
