Recruiter - technical hiring (El Paso, TX)

We are growing our team at Rivermark Meadow Community Partners Group and adding a Recruiter whose main responsibility will be technical hiring. Flexibility and kindness are expected. What you will do • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to donor records. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on donor records. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in El Paso. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
