Recruiter - technical hiring (El Paso, TX)

We are growing our team at Bright Mill Care Services and adding a Recruiter whose main responsibility will be technical hiring. We train and promote from within. What you will do • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to licensing. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on licensing. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in El Paso. • We reply to every applicant.
