Recruiter - technical hiring (El Paso, TX)

Bright Freight coordinates shipments and warehousing around El Paso, and we need a Recruiter to lead our technical hiring. You would join a small organisation of about 33 people based in El Paso. What you will do • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to loads and lanes. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on loads and lanes. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in El Paso, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
