Recruiter - technical hiring (El Paso, TX)

Bright Clear Care Services Group supports families and individuals in El Paso with personal care and coordination. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on technical hiring. The work is personal and so is the culture. What you will do • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to care plans. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on care plans. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in El Paso. • We reply to every applicant.
