Recruiter - technical hiring (El Paso, TX)

Clearpath Thistle Insurance Partners is an insurance company in El Paso with claims and service teams. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on technical hiring. You would join a small organisation of about 27 people based in El Paso. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to claims. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on claims. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in El Paso. • We reply to every applicant.
