Recruiter - technical hiring (El Paso, TX)

Nova Bridge Freight is a El Paso logistics company with trucks, warehouses and dispatch. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on technical hiring. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to customer tracking. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on customer tracking. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in El Paso. • We reply to every applicant.
