Recruiter - technical hiring (Detroit, MI)

We are growing our team at Ironwood Union Banking Services Group and adding a Recruiter whose main responsibility will be technical hiring. You would join a large organisation of about 774 people based in Detroit. What you will do • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to loan files. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on loan files. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Detroit. • We reply to every applicant.
