Recruiter - technical hiring (Detroit, MI)

Westbrook Sable Markets is looking for a Recruiter. The job centres on technical hiring for store inventory, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We like people who know our customers by name. What you will do • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to store inventory. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on store inventory. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Detroit. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
