Recruiter - technical hiring (Detroit, MI)

Lumen Juniper Inspection Services is an inspection company in Detroit with field technicians and lab staff, and we need a Recruiter to lead our technical hiring. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to client sites. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on client sites. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Detroit. • We reply to every applicant.
