Recruiter - technical hiring (Detroit, MI)

Westbrook Vista Markets Group operates grocery and general-merchandise stores around Detroit, and we need a Recruiter to lead our technical hiring. Managers started on the floor. What you will do • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to pricing. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on pricing. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Detroit. • We reply to every applicant.
