Recruiter - technical hiring (Detroit, MI)

Stonegate Bright Markets Group is looking for a Recruiter. The job centres on technical hiring for online orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 13 people based in Detroit. What you will do • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to online orders. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on online orders. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Detroit. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
