Recruiter - technical hiring (Detroit, MI)

Greenridge Ivory Hospitality runs guest-focused properties across the Detroit area. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on technical hiring. You would join a small organisation of about 108 people based in Detroit. What you will do • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to supplier orders. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on supplier orders. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Detroit, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
