Recruiter - technical hiring (Des Moines, IA)

Nova Fox Property Management is a Des Moines property manager with leasing, maintenance and resident services. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on technical hiring. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to rent collection. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on rent collection. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Des Moines, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
